一 |     共筑平安校园防线          守护成长每一步          + 拱墅区教育局安保、消防安全片组长会议 +          ++ 校园安全          为切实强化校园安全防范措施，确保各项活动平稳有序推进，提升校园安全建设水平，2025年2月18日，拱墅区公安分局、拱墅区教育局联合安保、消防片组在杭州市仙林实验幼儿园蝶飞园区召开了2024学年第二学期期初安保、消防安全片组长会议。         会议现场，拱墅区公安分局反恐大队副队长刘胜波警官、李国兴警官，拱墅区教育局校园安全管理科张文洪科长、陈海龙老师、潘勇飞老师、俞斌老师以及安保、消防片组的20位片组长齐聚一堂，共同探讨校园安全工作的新思路与新举措。                   本次会议围绕校园安保、消防安全工作展开，明确了当前阶段的重点任务。公安分局的刘胜波结合实际案例，详细讲解了校园反恐防暴、应急处置、防冲撞设施等关键环节的要点，强调了提升校园安全防范意识的重要性。    There are actors who entertain, and then there is Emraan Hashmi who leaves a feeling behind. Emraan plays a man who understands love in its truest form. He does not want to possess the person he loves, he only wants her to be happy. His eyes carry pain, care, and longing all at once. Emraan beautifully portrays the emotional conflict of a man torn between love and danger. 二 |          校安科潘勇飞老师从校园消防工作、校园安全管理平台运用及片组常态化服务指导工作这三方面展开校园安全工作布置，详细的讲解了各项工作的细则，明确要求，进一步提高拱墅区教育局整体安全管理水平，为学校平安建设保驾护航！          陈海龙老师就本学期的校园安全工作和任务进行了布置。对保安人数的落实、安全培训、材料上交、心理健康安全、矛盾纠纷等事项进行了讲解，强调学校在校园安全管理中一定要加强部门联动、沟通，并给出了科学合理的建议。

三 |          张文洪科长进一步强调了各校园安全管理的台账建设、安全责任书、制度更新、周边部门协同处置的工作要求。对校园周边的交通问题、校园消防、明察暗访等工作和上一年的平安共建工作进行了分析，提出了解决办法，明确了工作职责。“平安校园，不仅是硬件设施的完善，更是安全意识的提升。”张文洪科长在会议中指出，“我们要通过日常演练、培训等方式，让每一位师生都能掌握基本的安全知识和应急技能。希望通过持续的努力，让平安校园成为拱墅区教育的一张亮丽名片。”          此次会议还设置了经验交流环节。与会的安保、消防片组长们分享了各自在校园安全工作中的成功经验和典型案例，通过互相学习、取长补短，进一步提升了校园安全管理水平。此次会议的召开，标志着拱墅区校园安全建设工作迈上了一个新的台阶。未来，拱墅区教育局将继续加强公安、交警、市场监管、消防等多部门的协同合作，筑牢校园安全防线，为全区师生的平安保驾护航。我们相信，在各方的共同努力下，拱墅区的校园将成为孩子们成长的乐园，安全的港湾。                   校园安全，关乎未来；以安全为先，筑梦校园。让我们携手共进，用责任与担当守护每一颗幼小的心灵，让孩子们在安全的环境中茁壮成长，书写属于他们的美好未来。                                                 微信号丨XLKIDS          文字：胡一宁          图文：王冬晓          审核：劳青青          主编：高 虹。
